  • Open Internet Explorer
    • Navigate to Tools > Internet Options > General
    • Clear the browsing history by clicking on Delete

  • Now you need to flush the DNS by going into the command prompt
    • Press Windows button & R key together from your keyboard
    • Write cmd in the field and hit enter

If You Are Not On A Network

    • Navigate to the Tools > Internet options
    • Open General

  • Deselect the checkbox of Publisher’s Certificate Revocation
    • Run Internet Explorer > Go to the Tools option
    • Now, navigate to the Internet options and choose Advanced
    • Uncheck the following given below under the security section
      • Publishers revocation
      • Server certificate revocation
    • Reboot your system and try to send the payroll again
